Does the trunk fit all bike racks?

Basically yes! The bottom of the trunk is a grid, and the hardware can attach anywhere on that grid, so you can install it wherever makes sense for your rack setup. Avoid pannier clips, mount it further back if you're tall, etc. We've tested the trunk on many of the popular bike racks on the market and it works great on all of them. What does "partially recycled" mean?

The trunk is made of a polycarbonate material that is a blend of 70% virgin polycarbonate and 30% recycled polycarbonate. We are aiming to one day use 100% recycled material in our manufacturing process! Every plastic part of our trunk is also recyclable. 

How do I install my trunk?

We have a digital installation guide which will be sent to you with your order confirmation!

How do I clean my trunk?

You can clean the exterior and interior of the trunk with a soft cloth or sponge, water and mild soap. Do not use abrasive materials like a wire brush or a harsh cleaner with bleach or ammonia as you may affect the finish or discolor the trunk.

Do you offer a product warranty?

Yes! We offer a one-year product warranty that covers defects with the shell, lock, grid and hardware. Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, accidents, theft, or normal wear and tear. To submit a warranty claim, reach out to us at hello@stowetrunks.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. 

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we're only available in the U.S. If you'd like us to be available in your region, drop us a note at hello@stowetrunks.com.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on your delivery location. There will be an estimated cost in your cart before you check out! 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy - you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund, minus the handling cost. To start a return, contact us at hello@stowetrunks.com and we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to ship back your trunk.

Can I exchange my trunk for another color?

Yes! You can request an exchange for another color if the trunk is unused, in its original packaging. Reach out to us at hello@stowetrunks.com so we can arrange the swap. You will only be charged for shipping.

How sustainable is Stowe?

All plastic parts of our trunks and our packaging are fully recyclable. If you are no longer using your trunk, please reach out to hello@stowetrunks.com so we can arrange to take it back! Our mission is to prevent even one of our trunks from ending up in a landfill. 

Where/how are Stowe products made?
